We do our best to keep our fees affordable. The fee for an office visist is $25.00. X-ray fees are additional on your first visit, but x-rays will not be repeated on any kind of schedule.
Our office is primarily a cash-based practice, however, we do participate with Highmark Blue Shield. Workers’ Comp and Personal Injury cases are also accepted. Even if we do not participate with your insurance company your visit fee will NOT be more than $25.00. Most co-payments are $30.00 or more, but you will only pay the standard visit fee and often wind up with less out-of-pocket expense to join our practice. If you require any receipt of service to submit to your insurance company we will gladly provide you with any necessary information for you to send in.
We do NOT accept assignment with Medicare, but we will submit your claims for reimbursement and the check will be sent to you. Medicare patients are required to pay for their visits at the time of service. We will do everything we can to help you afford the care you need and want. Payment is expected at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made.
We accept payment in the form of cash, check or credit/debit cards. We prefer cash or check as the office has to pay a fee to process a card transaction,but whatever is best for you is our primary concern.
EMERGENCY and AFTER HOURS office visit fee is $40.00.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
