If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office will do our best to schedule you as soon as possible. We strive to stay on schedule and do not overbook.

Tuesday 3pm-7pm
Dr. Sorick: Thursday 9am-1pm & 3pm-6pm

Financial
We do our best to keep our fees affordable. Our office is primarily a cash-based practice, however, we do participate with Highmark Blue Shield and Medicare. Workers' Comp and Personal Injury cases are also accepted. If you require any receipt of service to submit to your insurance we will gladly provide you with the necessary forms that you need. We will do everything we can to help you afford the care you need and want. Payment is expected at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made. We accept payment in the form of cash or checks.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
